Hen party suggestion - know your participants

One of the basic hen party suggestions is very simple - just get to know who and what is going to participate in a hen party. In UK usually the bride gives the right to organize the hen party to her chief maid which is her friend or close relative. Usually best maids do not know all the invited participants well, so it is very important to get as much specific information about them BEFORE the party organization. Why? There are a few reasons:


Girls have different background and point of views, including the opinion about how to organize the best hen party ever. If you will not be diplomatic, the discussion about hen party theme clothes can end in a girly fight. Then the party will be ruined as some participants may even refuse to participate.

Not all the girls have the good sense of humour, therefore some events and actions may appear not funny to them. If one laughs and all the rest are sad - the party failed.

The girls have different understanding about modesty. Be careful choosing the sexy clothes and control your behavior as it would be quite funny when all girls will be dressed in pirates, but one of the pirates behaves like whore and the rest like run-away nuns. The alcohol part is also very important. Make sure you find an acceptable option for hen drink out. Some girls may not like strong drinks, some would prefer beer. As organizer you should find a general solution. Please do not force ladies to drink something extreme. Mixing various drinks can be dangerous for health next day and spoil the clothes if there won't be lavoratory nearby and on time.

And the last, but not least issues is money. Please find out how much money girls can spend on party organization and drinks&snacks. If you think 100 pounds are almost nothing, other participants would not agree with you as they have some other financial responsibilities and cannot afford to give such money. Budget planning is a very important task, so please find out about each participant's capabilities.
